Office Based Grant Administrator

Fexco Managed & Advisory Services is seeking an Office‑Based Grant Administrator to join our SEAI team on a full‑time, fixed‑term contract for 12 months. This role is based in our Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry office and requires full onsite attendance five days per week. Please note that candidates must be able to travel to and work from the Cahersiveen office.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high quality work. You’ll play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting colleagues, managing information, and ensuring our customers receive an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day administrative support across the office

· Use multiple internal systems and software platforms to process information and maintain accurate records

· Handle customer queries with professionalism, clarity, and a strong service mindset

· Follow established data entry processes and procedures with precision

· Collaborate closely with colleagues to support team goals and shared workloads

· Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

· Assist with general office duties such as scanning, filing, and post

Please note that this is a contact centre based role, and there may be a business requirement to be cross skilled in to other teams as deemed necessary and appropriate.
