Finance Manager - Fexco Aviation Services

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a significant portfolio of clients and ensuring consistent, timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client, team and operational matters.
• Take full accountability for managing team performance, including the quality and timeliness of deliverables and overall client satisfaction.
• Act as a member of the management team, providing input on processes, risks, resourcing and client issues.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships through proactive communication, practical support and high-quality delivery.
• Mentor, coach and develop other team members, supporting performance and career development.
• Support resource planning and allocation across the portfolio to ensure deadlines are met.
• Engage in business development activities, including reviewing proposals, supporting pricing discussions and onboarding new clients.
• Carry out other duties as required from time to time.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with 4+ years post-qualification experience in a client services, client management or finance role.
• Experience in aviation ABS and warehouse Financing essential.
• Strong client service focus, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues and external providers.
• Results-focused, proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to work independently and use initiative.
• Positive team player who contributes to a collaborative and supportive working environment.
